Regulation for Medical Console usage

1. Access Requirements
Access is reserved for registered medical professionals.
2. Responsibility
The User (Doctor) warrants having obtained informed consent from patients.
3. Security
Credentials are personal. Account sharing is prohibited.
4. Account Deletion
Users may delete their account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone. Deletion is immediate and permanent — all patient data and associated files are removed from all storage systems. Histyon does not retain backups after deletion.
5. Free Access and Service Changes
At this time, access to the Histyon Medical Console is provided free of charge to all registered and verified users. Histyon reserves the right to introduce paid plans or modify the economic conditions of the service in the future.
In the event of significant changes — including the introduction of a fee — registered users will be notified with a minimum of 30 days' notice via email to the address registered on their account. Continued use of the service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
